We would like to think that the reason cats feel the need to follow us to the bathroom all the time is that they are worried and confused. Confused because they don't understand why we lock ourselves in the scary water room for so long. And worried because maybe they think that we are going to fall into the forbidden water bowl and drown. And so they come in with us. Because they love us. Because they want to keep an eye on us.
